I saw this thread at the templar gaming lineage boards a couple days ago.
lvl 52 18 cha mage with ROSC: how many dire wolves?
I thought dire wolf summons had been reduced to charisma/6. However, I really really really REALLY hate when people post about shit they dont know about or even worse try to post facts that they arent sure of. How many times do you read through threads that have about 20 contradicting "facts"? Yea, I hate that with a passion. I wanted to find the exact publish announcement by NC.
I went through LC's archives and found the following:

The following updates (https://bbs.lineage.co.kr/lineage/n...m=147&PageNum=1) were published to the Korean Live Servers on 4/16:
Number of Dire Wolves summoned has been changed to be CHA based:
CHA 8-10: 1 Dire Wolf
CHA 11-17: 2 Dire Wolves
CHA 18+: 3 Dire Wolves

According to this, a mage only needs 11 charisma, not 12, to summon 2 dire wolves.
I asked NC support about the issue and they said the formula for amount of summons doesnt change for dire wolves.
I thought that was strange so I asked NEO about it. He summons 2 dire wolves with 10 and 12 charisma. He also told me NC told him everyone, 8 to 18 charisma, summons 2 dire wolves. I just notified support of their contradicting info and I am waiting for a reply.

All that being said, I have never used any boards or discussions to gather game data. All my info comes from in game testing.

I hunted FI with Kuddles last night, and the spawn rate was insane. We hunted east of kbb/drake area.
I thought this was an ambush, but mops were coming constantly like this.

We talked on the phone a bit to think up strategy, Kuddles had never hunted with a DE before, poor guy :(.
short while after we started hunting again, Kuddles got Underwater Boots from a gator.

On the phone I told him I could take all the DE's that we ran into, and he could get other mops(DE's rape knights). Didn't think 5 DE's would be on the same screen. Oh well, we managed.

At last Dep has defeated Valakas in deathmatch. I only watched the last minute or so; stupid accident on the freeway delayed my ride home. Anyways, two pics:




KUSANG said best drop was maple. Nobody else reported anything.
Hopefully I can be a part of the next group to defeat Val.

I'm finally back in the FI mood. Hunted for little over an hour today. Hopefully more tonight after work. I started hunting east of kbb/drake zone opposed to kbb/drake area. damn I hate drakes. not many ambushes, except this one. It's nice having my partner there :)

Props to Shalisha. We did really well in DM this afternoon. This is in the last round. We were good till cyclops and ettins started getting close. We started usin pots and mp quickly and I had to tele once pots were gone. Phoenix was boss but not enough gladiators were left to kill it.

Since mid summer, I've stopped hunting regularly because of router problems.
But recently I've been finding time to hunt. So I'm starting to hunt FI a bit more.
Whisper me if you want to hunt together, I hate hunting alone :)

Valakas was boss at DM again.
And again we failed to survive to the end.
Bizanti almost had it. But he knew corner wouldn't work well with just him, so he venz.

Here are my dogs' current lvls. DamageDealer is lvling slow. He dies an insane amount of times. Takin forever to lvl em cuz I dont use em much. When I do it's usually in ant caves; bad exp.
DamagDealer is a beagle and Roscoe a doberman.

I added Ai's linblog and Bizanti's linblog to the Elsewhere list. As you can see I also simply list players names now. Easier to read but doesnt look right for some reason. w/e

I needed some exp(i died in dm the other day) so I gathered a group for FI. All I gotta do is mention FI in pledge chat and a party is assembled in seconds.
Today the party started with myself, Kreation and Zorbis. TraciLynne joined us later. A lot of people are hunting FI these days. We started out in kbb/troll area but too many peeps up in there so we moved to minos. Traci came shortly after and minos became too easy and they drop shit. We moved over to the east side of the isle where ramia, lizardmen, cyc, etc spawn. That proved to be the best area I think. Spawn can be off the hook sometimes and we can bring home lots of pots for our time spent there. The climax of the whole hunt came right at the end. Kreation had already left for a while and Zorbis and Traci had less than 200 arrows so I said let's walk back to Lucky. We go like half a screen and a 4 or 5 mops show up. No biggie. I was leading cuz I use bapho morph so all the mops see me first. I start to run circles around Zorbis and Traci and they do their thing with the bows. Running around them, I started to attract more and more mops. It was ridiculous amount of mops but I didnt think much of it. Then I start to think holy crap....elves dont have that many arrows left. Just then I notice I have around 20mp left. Then, holy shit sure enough traci has no arrows left. Still mops chasing me. Luckily we had cleaned the cyc's and ettins and we were able to finish off the rest with Traci in bapho morph using yumi, me with 6mp, and Zorbis with 15 arrows left. It was quite the ambush. I gained .03% from it.

Just got this in fv. Not much really but enchant scrolls have been my favorite drop since my newbie days.

hmmmm. Havent posted anything cuz I havent really played lineage the last two days. Surf was big at the beach so I spent two loooooong days body surfing. I'll probably play lin all day tomorrow; too tired to do anything else.
