I was perusing ebaumsworld.com after watching the Burger King thing and found this.
Speeding Tickets

A radio station in California is having a discussion on the air about how to get out of speeding tickets when a listener calls in and decides to offer advice. The longer this clip goes on the nuttier this guy gets. The clip goes on for 30 minutes so grab a snack and sit down for a while.

I thought 30minutes was way too long for me to keep listening or stay interested. However this guy on the phone is so looney it's hilarious. I listened to the whole 30minutes. Trust me, listen to it.
Edit: So my friend tells me the host and the phone guest are the same person. I'll have to listen to it again. Time for work now.

I went to a manager's meeting yesterday. It was held in Lawrence and the locals were sitting around waiting for Kansas City BK managers. A GM from Olathe starts telling the story about how his store got robbed. A dude drove up to the window with a gun and demanded all the money in the drawer. The cashier tells him 'I only have $20 in the drawer.' lol. The guy says give me all the money. The cashier says 'Are you serious?.' Then the guy cocks the gun, so the cashier gives him $20 and he drives away. lmao That was damn funny when I heard it. I imagine there was at least $400 in the drawer, depending on the time of night. It's almost as funny as the time a KU football player tried to attack a Taco Bell worker through the drive-thru window and got stuck. His dumb ass couldnt get in or out of the window.
In other news, it's been wet as hell here in Kansas. Every 2 or 3 nights we get a crazy thunderstorm. Monday night I was up late drinking with my buddies and a storm rolls up. We were chilling outside just watching the sky flash with lightning. For hours the lightning wouldnt stop. It was like a strobe light in the sky. Then it started to rain, freakin downpour. When my friend drove me home at 5am he had to go down the center of a 5 lane road cuz it was flooded nearly to the middle.

Happy Fourth of July. Sort of. I would have posted yesterday but I was either asleep, waking up late, jumping right into the shower, on my way to work, or at work.

ok, I haven't posted or even played in a long time. I'm a wildland firefighter this summer and it's taking a lot of my time. Last weekend I was in LA and I was called to report to my station(3 hours away) at 5:30 am the next morning. So I went bowling until about 1:30 am then drove up and made it just in time. Worked 15 or so hours that day(no sleep!), and then 12.5 hours the next day. So yea I've been workin a lot. Today I had a 12 hour shift and tomorrow same deal: 8am - 8 pm. Usually I go to 6, but it's 4th of July weekend, so we are in extended hours.
Back to Lineage. After tomorrow I should be playing a lot more. Unless I am called to a fire somewhere, I'll try and play everyday. Problem is, if I am taken to a fire, I can be gone for weeks at a time, so we'll see. I dl'ed the new files and somehow they got into my regular lineage folder. doesn't matter though, looks like it was mostly all client side stuff, so it didn't mess up the game anymore.
