I only know a little right now. Ghosts and Deaths are spawning in OWL. Those mops along with Elmores, Ghouls and Zombies in OWL are dropping candy. The candy has various effects, including brave, wafer, orange, red, and clear heal pots, haste and ghaste, mana pots, and drug candy. The mana pots work like heal pots. They give instant mp. I havent tested the mana pots yet. I have 4 different stacks of them in inventory. I dont know what other irregular spawns there are and which undead mops are dropping candy.
I like the event so far. Running around owl on brave in bapho is fun.
